No wives, no girlfriends
Heading to Vegas for a Super Bowl party. I’m booked into an Emperor’s suite at Caesar’s Palace–it’s sweet. One thing: No wife or girlfriend is accompanying me on this trip. It’s a boy’s weekend. Not that there won’t be women at the party, this is Vegas, after all. I’m betting they put on a better half-time show than the NFL.
Nobody does the Super Bowl better than Caesar’s. In years past I actually attended the game, now I prefer to watch it on a giant screen in a private setting. I’ll place a few bets, but the game is just an excuse for a party. No wives or girlfriends on this one. It’s time for the boys to play.[/dcs_p][dcs_p]No Wives, No Girlfriends, is a little anecdote told from the point of view of PAtricia Bellomo’s main character, mobster Louie Morelli. Bellomo’s books are available on Amazon.com, Barnes and NOble, and on all e-readers.
